1) Education for Health has the right to refuse
any applicant admission to, or continuance in, a module, at its discretion.
2) Copyright in all learning materials belongs to the Education for Health and that they
are supplied on the condition that they must not be copied or disposed
of or transferred to any other person or party.
3) I have read the provisions regarding payment of fees set out on this
website and agree to abide by them.
4) I confirm that I hold a current health professional registration and
I am practising in an appropriate health care setting.
5) I confirm that the information I have entered and submitted is correct
at the time of completion.
6) On receipt of the learning materials and a confirmed start date, I
have 14 days in which to contact the Education for Health to request an alternative date
and/or venue if the original is not suitable.
7) If I need to withdraw from a confirmed place after the period of 14
days set out in (6) above, there will be an additional charge of £100
for re-allocation to a new date and/or venue.
8) If I fail any part of an assessment there will be an additional charge
of £100 for re-sitting/re-submitting the failed part.
9) In any case of re-allocation, re-sitting or re-submitting (as detailed
in 7 & 8 above) I understand that where new learning materials have
been produced since my initial registration, I will be required to purchase
the latest available edition, because I will be assessed on the basis
of the latest materials.
10) Fees are not transferable to another student, except at the discretion
of Education for Health.
11) Education for Health reserves the right to cancel a course, module or programme.
12) Education for Health reserves the right to alter the structure of any course, module
or programme without prior notice provided the quality is not reduced.
13) If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable,
that will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest.
The prices Education for Health quote do not include any taxes and/or duties outside the UK. You are responsible for these.
Overseas Students (including Ireland) please note: An extra charge will be applied for postage of course materials; standard overseas rates will apply. Please ring the Course Education Co-ordinator for further details.

We are committed to keeping your details confidential and only collect and use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not pass any of your details onto third parties save as required by law. We will take security measures to protect your personal information in storage.
We require you to give us contact information; name, address, telephone number, email address, education, training and employment details, and we may use this information to keep you up-to-date with new developments at Education for Health.
