Student Support
We realise that some of you may be experienced learners whereas others may not have studied for some time or may not have studied by distance learning before. We therefore aim to provide you with the support you need to get you started and keep you on track with your studies.
You will receive a detailed Student Guide. This gives you useful tips for studying by distance learning, such as how to look up and quote references. It also sets out all the rules that apply to you, for example those covering assessment.
We provide a dedicated student helpline which provides support and advice on issues such as:
- finding a suitable local supporter
- academic or clinical aspects of the learning materials
- feedback on performance in assessment.
