Pulmonary Rehabilitation: Short Course

Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) is widely recognised as one of the most effective interventions in the management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The new COPD National Service Framework will ensure this effective intervention continues to be an important element of COPD patient care.
Aim of short course
This basic short course is suitable for all healthcare professionals working with patients on PR programmes such as physiotherapy assistants, healthcare associates, exercise physiologists and new nurses to respiratory.
